It was odd at church. For the newbies, my church works using a pile of leased lines to simulcast services at least once a month. There are congregations scattered all over the place — during the COVID lockdown we used the restriction to 100 people in the service to trial meeting together for services where everything is simulcast, and that is now what happens when new branches are planted — and today there was something read from last years conference which basically said that Christchurch is going to come out of its 10 years of earthquakes, terror, and virtue signalling from politicians to find a revival happening. That the earthquake and terror will end up as footnotes.

But at present, people think there is a war going down. There have been, in the USA, disputed elections. Their system is set up to be gamed. They have not reformed it. And many fear that at this time there is no way for people to retreat with grace, and this will end up with rivers of blood.

So, with that in mind — and I think my reasoning is valid — the riots will, yes, happen either way (please, people on the right, if you don’t listen to the crazy woman who knows history in anything else, listen to me in this, commies lose ugly but win UGLIER. Whatever the outcome they’re going to burn, loot and murder, either way), but I think the number of people who lose faith in our system is not only way smaller if the left loses, but it will be mostly confined to the academic left, students and teachers alike, who derive great pleasure from being hard done by and claiming to be injured. Oh, and well off suburban women, ditto.

And Trump will clean the corruption that’s deep laid in, and after the voting fraud has been exposed, things will get at least somewhat cleaned up, and the world will go on. Yes, careers and reputations will die, which is why the left is fighting so hard.

This is the consummation I’m hoping for. It is also almost impossible because SO MUCH of their fraud is if not impossible to prove and expose, impossible to prove and expose by means the court will UNDERSTAND and account for.

Which means the stronger chance is that “president select Biden” the zombie selected and pushed by the elites and the technocrats worldwide will win.

And it will last maybe a few months, because they’re beyond f*cking stupid, and then… it will blow up. And the butcher’s bill and what comes after has me waking up screaming in the night.

There will be conflict and there will be battles. What happens in culture reflects what happens spiritually, and politics and business are downstream from that. We have enemies apparent. And we will need to defend ours and our own.

Though the battle can be against principalities and powers in the spiritual realm, at times it goes into this world. It is clear that only one narrative is allowed on big social media, and it is not the one that is truthful. The pagans want another religious war. And there could be much travail before deliverance, but deliverance will come.

Judges 4:8-24

8 Barak said to her, “If you will go with me, I will go, but if you will not go with me, I will not go.” 9 And she said, “I will surely go with you. Nevertheless, the road on which you are going will not lead to your glory, for the Lord will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman.” Then Deborah arose and went with Barak to Kedesh. 10 And Barak called out Zebulun and Naphtali to Kedesh. And 10,000 men went up at his heels, and Deborah went up with him.

11 Now Heber the Kenite had separated from the Kenites, the descendants of Hobab the father-in-law of Moses, and had pitched his tent as far away as the oak in Zaanannim, which is near Kedesh.

12 When Sisera was told that Barak the son of Abinoam had gone up to Mount Tabor, 13 Sisera called out all his chariots, 900 chariots of iron, and all the men who were with him, from Harosheth-hagoyim to the river Kishon. 14 And Deborah said to Barak, “Up! For this is the day in which the Lord has given Sisera into your hand. Does not the Lord go out before you?” So Barak went down from Mount Tabor with 10,000 men following him. 15 And the Lord routed Sisera and all his chariots and all his army before Barak by the edge of the sword. And Sisera got down from his chariot and fled away on foot. 16 And Barak pursued the chariots and the army to Harosheth-hagoyim, and all the army of Sisera fell by the edge of the sword; not a man was left.

17 But Sisera fled away on foot to the tent of Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite, for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite. 18 And Jael came out to meet Sisera and said to him, “Turn aside, my lord; turn aside to me; do not be afraid.” So he turned aside to her into the tent, and she covered him with a rug. 19 And he said to her, “Please give me a little water to drink, for I am thirsty.” So she opened a skin of milk and gave him a drink and covered him. 20 And he said to her, “Stand at the opening of the tent, and if any man comes and asks you, ‘Is anyone here?’ say, ‘No.’” 21 But Jael the wife of Heber took a tent peg, and took a hammer in her hand. Then she went softly to him and drove the peg into his temple until it went down into the ground while he was lying fast asleep from weariness. So he died. 22 And behold, as Barak was pursuing Sisera, Jael went out to meet him and said to him, “Come, and I will show you the man whom you are seeking.” So he went in to her tent, and there lay Sisera dead, with the tent peg in his temple.

23 So on that day God subdued Jabin the king of Canaan before the people of Israel. 24 And the hand of the people of Israel pressed harder and harder against Jabin the king of Canaan, until they destroyed Jabin king of Canaan.

There are a lot of people who sit around and display virtue. Who consider themselves virtuous. They miss the point. God will raise deliverers from places you don’t think they will come. Moses in laws, for instance. Not a mighty warrior, but a woman. We should never assume that we have the blessing of God, and that what we have came from our own effort. God works through others in ways we don’t understand.

Romans 2:1-11

2 Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. 2 We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. 3 Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? 5 But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.

6 He will render to each one according to his works: 7 to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; 8 but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. 9 There will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek, 10 but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek. 11 For God shows no partiality.

And context matters. There is not person who can justify himself before God. We have all done evil.

If you think you have not, you are lying to yourself. This is why Christ had to come.
