Uf you abandon God, you will abandon reason and this will lead to a postmodern, emitionalism or a return to being pagans. If you abandon any sense of reason you will lose the capacity to reason. Your children will not be as smart. And you will have made a choice to apandon indoor plumbing and live in filth. With the breakdown of our inherited systems of reticulted water and sewage, this will not be a metaphor.

Non-Western civilizations simply don’t object to filth in the same way white Christian populations do. It’s a combination of factors, and the reasons differ from one to the next, but the fact is that once you remove the three pillars of the West from a society, one inevitable consequence is dwelling in filth, not just moral, but literal.

One resident says: “‘If white people were still here, this wouldn’t happen.” That’s true. Because the white people wouldn’t put up with it, the white people would fix it. There are 5,000 people living there and absolutely none of them are willing and able to do anything about it.

That’s the inevitable fate of the post-Christian, post-white former West.

There is a reason the decolonized wish the imperial system was still in place. There is a reson that the West honours tradesmen and the dignity of work. IT is more theological than the fear of typhoid fever. In NZ, as I noted, locals are taking this into their own hands, because the woke leadership would rather pay carbon credits and other forms of pagan indulgences.

People have forgotten we have a written history of a vanished kingdom — Israel — for a reason.

1 Kings 16:1-7

16 And the word of the Lord came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying, 2 “Since I exalted you out of the dust and made you leader over my people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam and have made my people Israel to sin, provoking me to anger with their sins, 3 behold, I will utterly sweep away Baasha and his house, and I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat. 4 Anyone belonging to Baasha who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone of his who dies in the field the birds of the heavens shall eat.”

5 Now the rest of the acts of Baasha and what he did, and his might, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel? 6 And Baasha slept with his fathers and was buried at Tirzah, and Elah his son reigned in his place. 7 Moreover, the word of the Lord came by the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha and his house, both because of all the evil that he did in the sight of the Lord, provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam, and also because he destroyed it.

Luke 19:41-44

41 And when he drew near and saw the city, he wept over it, 42 saying, “Would that you, even you, had known on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. 43 For the days will come upon you, when your enemies will set up a barricade round you and surround you and hem you in on every side 44 and tear you down to the ground, you and your children within you. And they will not leave one stone upon another in you, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

Our elite are unfaithful. Obvious, and their sanctimonious untruth nauseates. They are trying to regulate the church; close it, modify the message, to prevent a virus. What the elite forget is that the first issues for any local authority are clear drinking water, then plumbing. Yes, I know you don’t need a local authority for this: most farms in NZ have either bore water or use raiawater and have a septic tank system.

But these fools woould stop us meeting. We are commanded to meet..

No. He wasn’t forced to close. The government told him to close his church because Jesus spreads disease, and he quietly closed it. No need even for threats. Scripture explicitly teaches “don’t give up the habit of meeting together” (Heb. 10:25) but that’s apparently an old teaching that was never intended to be followed after the first century AD. God just forgot to mention that, you see.

Why do we have full-time clergy? Serious question. Do we have them to be available for emergencies, to visit us in the hospitals and prisons and be at our sides for weddings and funerals? Then they aren’t doing their jobs anymore.

Do we have full-time clergy so they can be exemplars, doing the works of God without needing to fear for their next meal? None of them are pushing back against the lies of Covid. None of them are risking their health in the sick wards. (They would have discovered the lies of Covid firsthand had they done so!)

Fact; your pastor no longer deserves his salary. It is also written, “if a man does not work then he shall not eat”. (2 Thess. 3:10) Pastor Scroggins should be replaced with a local IT nerd.

I’m writing this the day that Victoria has, without notice, gone into a five day lockdown with travel restrictions. Declared by a premier that would ban me praying for freedom from his approved list of sins.

God did not spare Baasha. He did not spare Jerusalem. They rejected him, and they lost the mantle of heaven. They were destroyed.

So, I can say with bleak confidence, this will not end well for the current governing class. There will be consequences. Repent, and encourage righteousness, which is your clear duty.

And let us meet to pray. I’ve had my fair share of virtual church. There is no sense of the spirit and no ability to build up the brothers.

Amy,

One of the many reasons I left California years ago. Not a native but lived there for a bit when younger, sent there with the military later, was planning on staying when I got out, then just couldn’t. Too much stupidity overcame all the positives.

Dumb filth report from SoCal: So, there’s a thing where the water going into the ocean is measured for cleanliness and lack of fecal matter. Good. But then we have homeless encampments in all the riverbeds. Not plumbed. Permanent encampments. So, then the state yells at the city for “dumping” into the riverbeds and the city puts up sanctimonious signs asking everyone to not dump and the citizenry collectively facepalm.
